ADDITIONAL EUROPEAN NEWS. [PER ROTORUA, AT AUCKLAND.] Auckland, November 7. The Rotorua arrived yesterday. The following are items from the Sydney papers:—

Chefket Pasha, after passing tho third convoy into Plevna, with provisions and ammunition, was returning towards Orchanie, when he succeeded in capturing from the Russians, at Elthio, large supplies of cattle. A Turkish army corps, while concentrating near the Danube, had a slight skirmish with the Russians near Kadikoi.

The Egyptian troops have been sent to Varna.

Suleiman Pasha's positions have been bombarded by the Russians from floating batteries. The Russians in the Hankaoi defile have been reinforced by two additional corps.

Suleiman Pasha reports that the roads are unfit for the movements of troops. The contemplated visit of the Empress of Russia to Bucharest has been abandoned in consequence of the removal of the Russian head-quarters to Sistova.
