SPECIAL CABLEGRAM.

Dunedin, October 12. The following is a special cablgram received by the Star: " London, October 0. " Mehemot has been unsuccessful, and has been recalled. " Suliemaii Pasha succeeds Raouf at Shipka Pass. " Mukhtar Pasha has been defeated with a loss <>f 3000. "A fearful railway accident has occurred in Siberia, by which 400 persons were killed. " Madame Titiens has died of dropsy. October 7. " Mukhtar Pasha claims the victory. Each side lost 3000."
