LAWRENCE.
THE .COUNTY COUNCIL. July 11. The Lawrence County Council are now sitting. They have decided not to grant a subsidy to Koad Boards in the district at present. Mr. Poynter will resign the Chairmanship in a few days. A proposition to increase the wages was negatived. The expenditure for the month is LB2B.
