MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
THIS DAY. [Before T. W. Parker, Esq., E.M.] DRIVING SHEEP WITHOUT A CERTIFICATE. William Beattie, of Waitangi Station, was charged on the information of James Murison, Inspector of Sheep for the district of Oamaru, with, haring driven a flock of sheep through the district without having previously attained the necessary certificates. Mr. O'Meagher appeared for defendant. Mr. Murison stated that he wished to withdraw the case, as there had been a mistake made, and he had since had the matter fully explained to him. Case withdrawn accordingly. Civil Cases. Paterson v. Ennis.—This case, on the application of. Mr. O'Meagher, was adjourned for a week.
