Additional San Francisco news states that the British ship Lomon Erin, bound from Calcutta to Demerara, reported at Lloyd's as missing, is believed to have foundered with all hands and 300 coolies. FRIGHTFUL RAVAGES OF THE YELLOW FEVER. The yellow fever is raging at Savannah. Every place of business is closed. The streets are deserted, and not a house in the city but is infected with the plague. A despatch reports 260 cases in one day. THE EASTERN QUESTION. The Standard's Special says war between Egypt and Abyssinia is threatened. Troups leaving Suez for Massacho. PUBLIC FEELING. An immense meeting has been held in London to denounce the heartless action of England regarding the Eastern question.
