Mr. Talbot "opened at the Queen's Theatre last night, receiving a thorough ovation. He played Richard ILL, and was called before the curtain after every act. FATAL ACCLDENT. A fatal accident occurred at the Sterling railway station, this morning, whereby John Young, engine cleaner, received severe injuries while slipping some waggons. He was removed to the train, to be taken home to Mosgiel, but expired at Waihola. An inquest is to be held at Mosgiel.
