The House resumed last evening at j.J BILLS. v.Mr. STOUT moved the second readii of the Local Option Licensing Bill, jj being generally opposed, leave was givi to withdraw the Bill, with a view to i troduce another. The Auckland Water Works Act, 187 Amendment Bill was passed. *, The Hawke's Bay Rivers' BUI was re a second time. • ' The South Dunedm and St. El Municipalities Bill was committed, pass with amendment, arid ordered to be « sidered next Wednesday. The Coroners Act, 1876, Amendmi Bill was committed. After debating the several clauses, up clause five, and numerous divisions bei taken, the Minister for Justice, at 1! moved that the Chairman report progra with leave to sit again to-day. The mal rial alterations in the Bill, as printed, w agreed to. < : ■ ', The House then adjourned. £\/\M
