MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
THIS DAY. (Before T. W. Parker, Esq., 8.M.) DRUNKENNESS. Michael Shanahan, arrested by Constable Donovan, for the above offence, was fined 10s. - FIGHTING. James Wlieatley was charged on summons with creating a breach of the piece at Kakanui, on the 30th ult. After hearing the evidence of Mountedconstable Townsend, the Bench inflicted a fine of 30s. Edward Stallard was also summoned for the same offence, but as he failed to appear, a warrant was ordered to be issued for his arrest.
