The Victorian Government have admitted that sheep from New Zealand were landed at Melbom-ne in 1874, although contrary to the compact agreed upon at the Colonial Conference. Melbourne, Saturday. WASHED OVERBOARD. During a heavy gale last night the mate of the schooner Lily, bound to Adelaide, was swept overboard and drowned.
