FRYING HINT
W7HEN frying fish to prevent sticking " to pan or breaking, place pan on .fire till just warm. Take enough salt to sprinkle on bottom of pan, then add the dripping; allow to get very hot. Put some dry bread m a very hot oven, let brown well, roll out to a dust, cover fish m it before adding to fat. This -is a delicious and easy way of cooking fish.
