ROBERT SHEPPABD, the general manager of J. C. Williamson Films (N.Z.) Ltd., at present located at the Wellington Regent Theatre, looks out upon the passing throng with the dispassionate gaze of a man of the world. ; Talk shows to him and you at once realise that here is a man who thoroughly understands the business with which he is connected.
