Cold Meat Cakes
Ingredients— lib. cold beef, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs, Vi teaspoon powdered sage, tomato or brown sauce, fresh pork, 2 tablespoons water, pepper and salt. Method — Mince the cold meat and the pork, put into a ' bowl, and. adtf breadcrumbs, sage, pepper and salt. Bind together with eggs and water, make into cakes, fry a golden brown, and serve on a hot dish with tomato and brown sauce.
