Humane Disciples
THE Dunedin branch of the St. John •*■ Ambulance Association is a prouder and more confident body since the recent visit of Sir John Precott I-lewott, G.C.5.1., K.8.E., C.1.E., and his daughter, Mrs. St. John Atkinson, whom the Duke of Connaught appointed as overseas delegates to strengthen the bonds of the Order of St. John. During a series of lectures and addresses by both of the St. John's Gate disciples, Dunedin gained .some inkling of the history of this world-famous and oldest order of chivalry and charity. Civic and social honors were showered upon the delegation of the noble order.
