Pineapple Sponge
Ingredients — Half ounce gelatine, 2 whites, 2ozs. sugar, pineapple, y 2 pint juice and water from small tin of fruit, rind and juice of 1 lemon. Method— Dissolve the pineapple juice and water with the gelatine. Add lemon rind and juice. Beat up the white stiffly. Add the liquid slowly, beating well. When thick, add the pineapple, cup up. Pile into a dish. Decorate with, pineapple.
