ALMOND CHEESECAKES Required: 4ozs. ground sweet al- • monds and a few bitter ones, 4ozs. sugar, the whites of 2 eggs and 1 dessertspoonful of cream. Mix the al- •; monds and sugar with cream and add ; the white of eggs beaten to a stiff froth. The mixture should be made quickly and put at once into patty ' pans lined with a good paste. Cross- , bars or lines of paste are put on top | and the cheesecakes should be baked, , m a hot oven for about 20 minutes. INDIAN CURRY _..
