Smart Hazard
TT is a popularly accepted dictum that some Englishmen transplant well and some don't and that there is no "via media" process.
If this rough' and ready classification is correct then Reginald P. Hazard, of Hamilton, drops into the first-named category with the plop and precision of a. billiard ball into a waiting pocket.
To earn a first crust m Hamilton, he drove a facile quill for the Loan and Mercantile Company and left behind a reputation for turning out correspondence de luxe. Later, he entered the accountancy business on his own account.
In these latter days, R.P.H. is assigned the job of casting a ruminating and discerning eye over the financial operations of more than one big concern. •
