Renovate Collars
If last summer's silk coat looks -like new as to material, but a i little old as to design, the problem of making it both useful and smart can be solved by adding a new collar. TOR a black satin coat take a length of ribbon six inches wide, cut it into five thick loops and stitch them together to make one of the luxuriouslooking roll collars which are seen on so many smart evening cloaks. These collars have a becoming quilted effect, which is flattering to the neck and A shoulders. A shirred collar made of satin ribbon, with one end looped ' and the other finishing In a ribbon streamer, is another excellent idea for a satin coat.
