ADVICE m regard to the changing of plugs at least every year has frequently been given m these columns. A * recent laboratory test has proved beyond all doubt that old plugs seriously lessen the efficiency of an engine. Using plugs that had been m operation for about 10,000 miles, an engine under test developed 20.6 horse power..
