' The new cafeteria was all got up with flame and gold, Iceland popples doing most of the decorative work. Five hundred- flushed and happy young: people served, or ate, the afternoon tea prepared by student labor on the college premises. In future, students will be able to obtain, for a • very small cost, hot. lunches prepared by the cookery classes under the expert supervision of Miss Rennle, to -whom, a great deal of the glory is due, for she has worked very hard for the cafeteria's advent and has every faith m the power of her young pupils to begin "feeding the brute" at an early age.
