CO it happened m connection with the Shorts Handicap at Ellerslie, when the disappointing-. Oration took it into his head to stretch himself out m his best style, defeating two heavily-sup-ported double fancies m Paganolli and Benzora into the minor money.

With his light burden of 7.3, Oration was never really out of the picture and his racing condition worried Paganelli out of the right money. ;
