Earnest Fellow
IF y&u have riot yet. met genial -Ernest Harraway, of Green Island, hare} by Duriedin, the loss is yours, my friend. For Ernest is wh^t might be rightly termed "one m a thousand:" ' He is a live member of the firm that supplies flour arid the sort of breakfast food, that makes every young New Zealander a budding Tommy Heeney. .(• Arid, as a business man, Ernest does not forget that politeness, courtesy and an understanding heart have a cash value. A champion of chairipidns at the noble game of bowls, he enjoys a wonderful popularity;' among the boys who flirt .with "kitty; >J! ■ And- "at: a recent club tourney,, Ernest cai-ried off all; the honors from under the noses of Otago's best cribbage players. ' . ~ One of his most" treasured possessions is a photograph showing eleven boys of the Harraway family-H-himself included— who, at one time,: comprised a strong cricket team. Everyone m Otago recalls the redoubtable Harra, way eleven. ■:•. .
