But this was wisely not done, and the horse felt the improvement, of the outing over a strange distance. The second day, looking much better, Chelone never let the rest m. A very temperamental sort, he takes a bit of managing, but there is no doubt about the pace he possesses. And after his success, last week it is quite reasonable to expect him to win a really good sprint race this season. Round those turning tracks he will always give them something to do to get ahead of him.
