WHIPPET IMPROVEMENTS

The Whippet has put up some very creditable performances lately. * Its 2600' miles, top-gear non-stop run last month, was .a crowning achievement. Heavy rains and rough country, made conditions anything but favorable, but the Whippet carrie through m top gear. The economical running: of the Whippet was strikingly derrion- •' strated by the low consumption of 34.84 miles to the gallon.
