Sorting Out Likely Candidates For Monday's Events(From "N.Z. Truth's" North Island. Representative.) Monday next will witness the Hawkes Bay Trotting Club ? 3 winter meeting coming 1 up for decision.

He has the 1 ability to begin quickly and, furthermore, stays the distance. In his absence, Hostess may command most favor. She should run a true race, though with the pace on throughout ahe may be found wanting at the finish.

The same applies to Haerenga Pai, which may be better suited by a shorter journey. ' .
