DOWN around the Training College m Dunedin, there walks a man

with a little black bag. To the newcomer, this offers the possibility of an intriguing mystery; but this fades away when he is told that, m the bag, are only school-papers and that the man carrying it is one James Fleming, of the Training College, Dunedin. J.F. is well-known m the academic city. His ability as a teacher is recognized sufficiently enough to need no comment. He knows his job, and has the entire faith of his students.
