SIX-BALL OVER

THE reversion to the six-ball over has been generally acclaimed by bowlers. When the weather is hot it is quite 'a big task, particularly for a fast bowler, to give his best when asked to trundle them down more than six times.

It might not be out of place to mention here that our fieldsmen should copy the lead of the Aus- , sies m the matter of saving the bowler's energy. In Australia the fieldsmen must rally round the bowler and save him from exerting himself unnecessarily.

The ball is thrown- to the wicketkeeper except on occasions when m throwing to the bowler, a man- is likely to be run out.
