DASHING DAVE

Wins on Country

Tracks

Dave, which won both sprints at Whangarei last Saturday, has a great recor.d. on the track.

HE won his Maiden and ran a second two years back at Kensington Park, landed three races there m the spring of last year, and has now added two more to his score.

The son of Lucullus — Congress may ha\re turned out a really tip-top horse had he not gone m the wind at one stage. . The wonder is that one of his dimensions can handle the small tracks so easily as he does. He pushed himself through two openings next the rails to win both his races last week-end.
