Good Story

THE story of "The Seventh Heaven," gets rather larger scope in the screen version prepared by Fox Films than it did as a stage play. It is a good, straightforward story, without any of the superfluous frills usually associated with modern movies and benefits greatly by the introduction of some really well-worked war scenes. Janet Gaynor's very sincere work as Diane, who climbs to her heaven on the seventh floor of a poor tenement, is responsible for many a heart throb in a good all-round picture. "The Seventh Heaven," is due for screening in the principal New Zealand theatres in the near future. • • •
