The Japs have refloated their coffin ship, the Misaka, which drowned 500 men last September. The British naval men nearly lost another battleship m attempting to pull • the Montagu off the rocks at Lundy Island, m the British Channel. Industry and ingenuity scores every time over swelled •? headed ignorance. Bull's •brains are getting addled.
Things at the Working Men's Club are getting quite Muscovitey ; row? and ructions being of frequent occurrence. The other night somebody threw a long glass at somebody with such force that it smashed on the wall and ' pieces actually stuck m the boards. If it bad struck its mark it would have killed somebody, sure pop. The Liverpudlian don't appear exactly popular and some people have a* queer way of showing their love and affection. A committeeman has been suspended for walloping another committeeman over the nose antl a whole lot more ordinary members are under suspension. The rest are mostly undo;- the weather.
