There are three games in which surprise results have como about. Huddersfield, who were making a strong bid for tho championship, and have already won it three times in succession, were not good enough to defeat, Manchester City on the City ground. Aston Villa suffered yet another defeat, by the odd goal in five, and are well in the danger zone for relegation. Derby County entertained Sunderland, one of the crack teams, and defeated them 4 —2, quite an accomplishment, and Cardiff did quite an excellent performance to draw, I—l, with Leicester City.
