ARBITRATION COURT
FIXTURES MADE The Arbitration Court sat yesterday, and made tho following fixtures: — December Bth, at 10 a.m. —Inspector of Awards v. Burns and Co., application for penalty for breach of Apprentices Act; at 11 a.m., Davenport v. Inspector of Awards, appeal from the Magistrate’s Court; at 2.15 p.m., application for the amendment of the electrical workers’ apprenticeship order, and matters incidental to the completion of the list of parties to the award. December 9th, at 10 a.m.—Metal workers’ assistants; at 2.15 p.m., application to amend the cooks and stewards’ award. December 10th, at 10 a.m.—Compensation case, Murray v. Feilding Farmers’ Freezing Company, followed by another compensation case, Robertson v. the Shaw Savill and Albion Company; at 2.15 p.m., Bartlett v. Wills. December 11th, at 10 a.m.—Shipwrights dispute. December 14th and loth —Drivers dispute (four sections). 7 December. 14th, at 2.15 p.m. —Application for interpretation of watersiders’ award. The rest of the week is left clear for the freezing workers’ application.
