THRILLS AND SPILLS
SECOND HILL CLIMB TO BE HELD NEXT SATURDAY. Thrills, and incidentally not a few spills, are assured the sport loving public of Wellington on Saturday next, when the Wellington Motor anil Cycle Sports Club will conduct its second hill climb on Mr Lower’s property, situated near Karori Park. The club is dieserving of encouragement, ami for providing first-class sport cannot be equalled. An attractive programme of events has been arranged, and, judging by tlio satisfactory entries received, the competition should be both keen ami interesting. The list of events includes climbs for machines up to 300 c.c., 600 c.c., and unlimited for professionals, and similar events for amateurs The competitor gaining the fastest time of tho day will hold the Harley-Davidson Cup until next meeting. Entries l'or the big fixturo close with the secretary on Monday, December 6th, at 9 p.m. The fees are to he paid at time of entering.
