MAORI ARTS
BOARD APPOINTED It is announced that the members of the Board of Maori Arts shall be eleven. Minister for Internal Affairs, Undrir-Secretary, Department for Internal Affairs, and Under-Secretary, Department for Public Works, to be members of the said board, to hold office during pleasure. Other members appointed are the Hon. Sir Maui Pomare, K.8.E.. C.M.G., the Hon. A. T. Ngata. Archdeacon H. W. Williams. Mr H.-T. Mitchell, Dr P. H. Bnck, Mr T. M. Kirikan. Mr W. P. Rowe, and Mr J. McDonald, assistant director, Dominion Museum, Wellington. The Minister for Internal Affairs is to be chairman of the said board, and the Under-Secretary, Department for Internal Affairs, deputy-chairman.
