NEW ITALIAN LAW EFFECTIVE ANTI-FASCISTS TAKEN FROM HOME TO LIVE UNDER SUPERVISION By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received December 1, 7.55 p.m.) ROME. November 30. Under a new law 522 persons have been convicted by special provincial commissions of anti-Fascist activities and sentenoed to ’‘enforced domicile,” meaning removal from their customary residence to a place assigned, for periods ranging from one to five years, under strict supervision. Those unable to earn their livelihood will receive 10 lire a day. “MASTER” AND “SERVANT” NO MORE. Signor Mussolini is elaborating new laws, under which the words “master’’ and “servant” will be abolished, and the workers will be protected as well as the industrialists, but they will have duties as well as rights.
