UPSET CONTENTS OF TIN. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, December 1. Yesterday afternoon Mrs Pilling, proprietress of Holiiies’s Boardinghouse, in Manchester street, suffered painful injuries through being burned by fat which was being boiled. She was lifting the tin when she slipped and some of the contents splashed over her face, chest, and hands. She was sent to the hospital for treatment, and is recovering.
