At the Supreme Court, Colin Leighton, auctioneer of Stratford, vyas admitted to tlireo years’ probation for tho fraudulent use of money due to his clients. Tho conditions included the payment of £SO towards tho cast of flic prosecution, nnd tile accused not to engage in the business of an auctioneer or agency during the term.
