Artillery has left Scutari to operate against the revolting Catholic tribesmen, who have been driven back into the ranges. The Italian and Jugo-Slavian authorities have agreed that the rising is a purely Albanian domestic affair.
ROME, November 26. An official communique from Tirana states that Albanian Government troops routed the Roman Catholic tribesmen who revolted this week. Complete calm is now reigning.
