OFFENDERS DEALT WITH Mr J. W. Salmon, S.M., presided at tho Mngistrate’3 Court yesterday afternoon, when tho following breaches of the by-laws were dealt with: Failing to obtain a heavy traffic license cost John E. Cavo 7s (costs only). For speeding in tho city, Howard Prince wan fined £2. For passing a stationary tram William Beard was fined £l, Lawrence Craig £), and Harry Haywood £l. Driving on tho Wrong side of tho street, cost, Clifford Wntson £l, Stanley 11. AVglker £l, and John Tatdor 10s.
