Sir Alan Oobham and Lady Oobham arrived in quarantine aboard the Kner Homeric. They will fly in a small 'plane to-morrow over the city, and land at The Battery, where they will be met by members of the Aeronautical Club and the Chamber of Commerce.- They will go to a dinner which' has been arranged in their honour at the Hotel Waldorf-Astoria
