At a meeting of the New Zealand High Commissioner and the representatives of the control boards, tor the purpose of developing a more energetic publicity campaign in Britain for the sale of New Zealand products, Sir James Parr drew attention to Australia’s example in endowing its publicity department with £50,000. Sir James Parr was authorised to place the matter before the Government.
