HAUTERE DEFENCE CLUB (“Times" Correspondent.) Firing at 500 and 600 yards on Saturday, members completed the first round of the belt and also trophy presented by Mr Davideon, A strong south-east fishtail wind was responsible for many outers and misses during the day. Riflemen Hayward and Fielding tied for tho trophy with 90 points, the former winning on the count back. 300 500 600
