'hue Paris correspondent of the ‘‘Daily Dispatch” says that French furriers have produced a mystery fur of silvery grey resembling chinchilla, but not possessing the black roots and points. It is the product of a cross between a rabbit and some other animal, but its nature is a jcalouslj* guarded secret. Parisienncs are enraptured with the fur, and are paying £4OO for a halflength cape. Another new skin is obtained from unborn calves, but it is unlikely to be popular, owing to its origin.
