CASE BROUGHT BY TIMBER WORKER.

In the Supreme Court yesterday morning, his Honour the Chief Justice assessed the damages due to Patrick Brick, who was injured on June 17tli. 1925, bv a fall of timber, whilst he was in the employ of the Stewart Timber, Glass and Hardware Company. Ltd., at £550 Is 6d. Credit was given the defendant company in the judgment for compensation paid the plaintiff under the Act.
