NEW OILFIELD INDICATED
MAY RIVAL CALIFORNIA’S EXCITEMENT IN ALBERTA. (Sydney “Sun" Cable ) VANCOUVER, November 18. An important strike of gas. indicating what may be a great oil well, has been made in the Turner Valley district, South-west Alberta. There is much excitement over tho development, and optimists are hopeful that the field will be a rival of the Californian fields.
