SUBJECT OF GERMAN FILM FINAL FIGHT - DEPICTED. tn.'tralian and N.Z. Cable Association. BERLIN. November 18. The German naval authorities are backing the production of a film dealing with the exploits of the cruiser Emden. One scene shows the Emden and H.M.A.S. Sydney in action. The climax of the film shows Captain von Mueller offering his sword to Captain Glossop, who refuses to accept it owing to the Emden’s gallant fight. A new German cruiser named the Emden this week started on a world tour of 17 months’ duration for tho purpose of showing the German flag.
