(Received November 19, 7.15 p.m.) LONDON, November 18. # The “Daily News” correspondent in Constantinople states tb&t’th# Government has called upon 20 classes of reservists to enrol immediately. Newspaper opinion is that Torkev is undergoing a periodic scare, relating to Italy’s intentions. The present alarm, presumably, is based on Signor Mussolini’s recent utterances. The “News” comments: “Turkev is now having a bad attack of the jumps because she fears that Fascism want 9 to create a diversion.”
