CHILD KILLED
SKULL FRACTURED. Per Press Association. MASTERTON, Number 19. While mustering a dairy herd for the evening milking Magdalene Ponton Colville, an eleven-year-old daughter of Mrs Mary Saddler, of Te Ore Ore, fell with a horse which had a seizure. The girl was picked up unconscious and expired a few minutes from a fracture of the skull.
