PURCHASE OF DREDGE DEFERRED. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, November 18. Voluminous correspondence and cables to and from London in connection with tho £350,000 harbour improvement scheme, were considered , harbour Board. It was finally decided that the engineer sTTould not call tenders for the 'dredge, but should return to the Dominion at once. Thetwholo position is to bo renewed so Ids return.
