NEW CLAIMS PUT FORWARD Ter Press Association. PAHIATUA, November 17. Local dairy companies have had forwarded to them copies of the claims suggested by the Wellington Creameries, Cheese and Butter, Factories Employees’ Union for the purpose of an award covering the Wellington industrial district. A reply is sought by the local secretary of the union by the 20th inst., whether the companies are prepared to meet the union in conference for the purpose of making the claims an agreement on the lines indicated in the claims which cover the whole operations of dairy factories. Dairymen already have got plenty of irritating problems this season.
