MURDER CHARGE
RECENT LEVIN TRAGEDY SLOMAN TO APPEAR AT PALMERSTON NORTH. A sequel to the recent Levin tragedy was the appearance in the Police Court yesterday morning of William George Sloman, a poultry farmer, of Levin, who was charged with the murder of his wife. Mnrgaret Abegall Sloman, on November 6th. The application of Chief-Detective Ward for the accused to be remanded to appear at Palmerston North on November lPth was granted by the bench.
